Service area questions

What areas do you serve?
We are based in Liberty and serve the Northland and Clay County, including Liberty, Kearney, Smithville, Gladstone, Excelsior Springs, Pleasant Valley, and the Kansas City Northland. If your town borders these, call and ask — we likely cover you.
Do you charge a trip fee for towns outside Liberty?
We are genuinely local, so most Northland appointments do not carry a long-distance trip charge. If your property is at the far edge of our area, we will tell you any travel cost up front when you book — never as a surprise.
How soon can you come out?
Because we work throughout the Northland every day from 7am to 8pm, we can usually schedule a nearby visit quickly. Fall is our busiest season, so book early once the weather turns.
Do you serve rural properties and acreage?
Yes. We regularly service homes on acreage around Kearney and the outlying Clay County towns, where wood stoves and fireplaces are common. Gravel drives and longer approaches are not a problem.
Is my town too small to be on your list?
Not at all. Smaller communities like Pleasant Valley are some of our easiest, fastest calls. If you are in or near Clay County and do not see your town, just call.
Do you serve both older and newer homes?
Yes. We work on original masonry chimneys in historic districts and on factory-built (prefab) fireplaces in newer subdivisions. Tell us your fireplace type when you call so we bring the right tools.
